Plink Plonk is an ongoing series of live events, programmed by Eastern Ear  to bring world class artists and improvisers to Norwich.

Through ‘The Plank’ and our network of friends, artists and performers we strive to support local artists to create unique collaborations with improvisation at its heart.

Alongside local musicians and groups such as Luke Sanger, Chris Dowding, WORMS, Jacob Solstice and Sudden Amusements, artists that have performed at Plink Plonk include, Alan Wilkinson, John Butcher, Cath Roberts, David Ross, Anton Hunter, Kit Downes, ma/ti/om, Daniel Thompson, Sloth Racket, Madwort Saxophone Quartet and many others.

We have also worked in partnership with or curated for many other local arts organisations such as SAVORR, Norwich University of the Arts, Norfolk and Norwich Festival and originalprojects;
