An evening of improvised and experimental music from London and the South, featuring a performance of a rare outing for a new instrument, the only of its kind.
Blanca Regina is an interdisciplinary artist, tutor, and independent curator who works with spontaneous composition systems creating multimedia landscapes using voice, objects, electronics, and visuals. Blanca will be giving an improvised AV performance.
With enormous thanks to the Outlands Network and their members exchange programme, we are thrilled to bring two Lost Property associate artists to Norwich:
R.Dyer uses saxophone, saw, harp, found sounds, tape samples, looped vocals and synth to create mesmerising baroque pop laced with chaotic improvisation. Their debut album Little Victories was met with much acclaim on its release last year. They bring a deeply personal and original touch to all their live performances.
Blanc Sceol are a London-based duo that are interested in site-specific artistic explorations, reviving ancient sound technologies and creating new instruments. For this event they will be bring an exciting new instrument called Orbit.
